"Everything was great except the water pressure. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I didn't wash my hair over the 2 night stay due to fear that the water pressure wouldn't be sufficient to remove shampoo/conditioner. The water pressure out of the bathroom sink was stronger."

"Had to wait 10 mins for clerk to come out and check us in. She was still buttoning up her pants and fixing her belt in front of everyone. Room was nice and clean but the lights and noise from outside was so loud and bright in the room. It sounded like the window was open but they do not open."

"The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The server, Brooke, was helpful and kind. When my friend couldn't find her credit card, she went above and beyond to help her find it. The room was comfortable and the view of the city from the room was lovely."

"Room was spacious and quiet. Ordered an extra cot, it was comfy and waiting in the room. When we asked for an extra blanket, they brought it asap. Will stay again!"

"We had two rooms; one was very clean, the other not so much. One thing I didn't care for from a safety standpoint is that there were two exits, one to the outside and the other to the hallway."

"Very friendly staff and the airport shuttle service easy and convenient. Lobby area clean and inviting, but the building and rooms overall are showing their age and in need of a rehab. The hallways were cavernous with low ceilings, the rooms drab. Room was clean and tidy, just in need of some updates. I would have given 3 stars, but the friendly staff and shuttle driver bumped it up to a 4."
