Park hotel is roomy, clean and newer. There is more than ample onsite parking and the staff is accommodating, professional and friendly. The room was very well done with a large modern bath with walkin shower.

First time - will come back

In a city that is not necessarily a tourist attraction by itself, the hotel took me by surprise. Good in shape, everything looking rather new and well maintained. Rooms spacious enough and a nice beer garden/restaurant in the back (just a few more waiters would be good). Breakfast for 22 Euro is a lot though, there is a bakery just 60 m across the street. Once in the region, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Wich we had another day here!

The most amazing corner room with windows across 2 full walls. Beautiful room, very nice hotel excellently situated and the buffet breakfast was incredible! A dedicated selection for my gluten free requirement, fruit, meat, cheese, cereals, breads, a chef manned hot dish station for pancakes, omelets etc. Mimosas, juices, cappachino machine.... freaking amazing. We tried to rearrange our trip to spend an extra day just because this hotel was so fantatic.

Air condition problem in Summer - room is hot

Hotel looks prestige . Very modern and comfort. Yet , main purpose of a hotel is to have a place to sleep. I called the hotel in advance to ask about their air condition which was said to be working . I had a terrible night as air condition does not cool the room enough and I had a ventinlator

Wonder experience, great German hospitality,

Check in was easy, all good english speaking staff, Parking was a little tricky at first, but found it on second go, it is located beside the fuel station opposite the hotel entrance, then you park underground, easy access to the hotel from there. Room as spotless, everything you need, beds super comfy, and the best of all mini bar stocked, and replaced everyday, excellent service, Breakfast was okay, but remember, at 10am, its over, and i mean, bang on the button, so ensure you have all your food by then. Location is excellent right beside the S Bahn, and shops etc.

I had a very pleasant stay. However there was no warm water for 2 consecutive days. Apparently a problem with the heat supplier. That can happened, however the issue was handle poorly, no communication or any token of apology.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen und auch ein Fahrradkeller war vorhanden, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Etwas umständlich fanden wir allerdings, dass man den Schlüssel für den Fahrradkeller jedes Mal an der Rezeption abholen und anschließend wieder zurückbringen muss. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, daher können wir dazu nichts sagen. Ein großes Manko ist jedoch die Tiefgarage. Diese kostet 18 € pro Tag, was wir als recht teuer empfinden. Besonders schade ist, dass es für Hotelgäste keine Vergünstigung gibt – der Preis ist derselbe wie für Besucher der Tiefgarage. Hier wäre ein reduzierter Tarif oder kostenloses Parken für Hotelgäste aus unserer Sicht wünschenswert. Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt.
