"The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest."

"This hotel was an amazing retreat during our month long city hopping trip. "It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. "The hotel is central located. However a lot of noises at night and construction in the morning. So maybe not so good if you travel with children "

Breakfast was great, good range of continental optiins along with boiled or scrambled eggs available. Hot drinks available throughout the day. Would defo recommend "
