"Room was OK, basic and functional. Wooden floors throughout, meant that there was much noise from other rooms and the landing. Mostly due the fact that a school group of maybe 12-13 year old boys were staying. "

"At first as we arrived around 4:15pm our room wasn’t ready but the reception sort it out. I tried to call the owner before that but the owner no response till we left. The flat is ok but its a building flat so we have neighbours upstairs and downstairs also at the side. Its like compound of flat not sure how they called. "The booking on hotels.com stated that the property was pet friendly and dogs stay free. When the booking was confirmed, we were told that pets were £35 per pet and not as advertised. Avoid if you have pets."
