"I can’t believe this property had bad reviews when I saw him. Yes they are doing construction to the front facing part of the building so you don’t really have much of a view, but most people don’t spend a lot of time in their hotel room in New York City. Other than that, maybe I got lucky but I had an exceptional room clean, and staff are wonderful."

"Our room offered a stunning view of Bryant Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit. One of the friendly staff members kindly suggested some lunch options, which was particularly helpful since this was our first time in New York. When we finally got our room, they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded it at no extra charge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was ample space for my wife...

"The front desk wasn't terribly friendly but they got the job done. The room was very nice and the beds were super comfortable! The AC worked very well. I didn't like that every time you went into the bathroom the light when on. At 5 am when my friend got up to use the bathroom it would wake me up because the light would go on. The rest of the staff was really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back myself!"
