"I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the room. There was hair and small debris behind the toilet. The toilet seat bolts were loose and the seat would not stay in place. There was also crumbs and debris in the corners of the carpet in the room. It appears the cleaners and maintenance are doing the bare minimum. "

"Short stay. Did not use breakfast service. The area seems safe so parking was not an issue. The room was clean and the look is contemporary. Overall good. I would stay again. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because they do not have an elevator, and I am traveling with my elderly parents, I put a not in my reservation requesting ground floor, which they switched us to before we even arrived. Breakfast was great, although there was not a meat option, which would have been nice. The main lamp attached to the light switch in the room had some sort of electical problem and wouldn't turn on, then suddenly came on in the middle of the night. It is an older place, and some basic upkeep and maintenance obviously has fallen by the waist side (ripped curtains, old tattered/ dirty carpet, hole in the wall under the bathroom sink, broken glass in the parking lot in a haddicapped spot, etc ) I knew the hot tub was broken when I booked the room, but it would have been nice to be able to sit in. The pool was good, but the filter cover on the bottom of the pool kept comming off, leaving us needing to be very carful with ny childs pool toys. Overall, it was descent. I would probably stay again. "

"The rim was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff is amazing. Their front desk service is over and above. Felt great staying there by myself."

"The hotel is close to the I15. They allow dogs but the charge for a dog for a single night is atrocious at $100. We travel frequently with our dog and we often stay at Residence Inns. The usual fee is $25, up to $50, on the high end. I've never seen anything higher than $60, so $100, in our experience, is unheard of. We would have walked away but we'd already paid the non-refundable reservation as we were driving to Helena. We should have dug deeper to see the pet fee. Lesson learned! Our one bedroom suite was well laid out and plenty big enough, but the couch was in terrible shape and the carpet was not well vacuumed. The room was in need of some updating. The first thing we do, after we check in, is a thorough search of the floor to look for things our Lab could possibly find and ingest. We found lots of things that were missed by the vacuum, though nothing of concern, such as dropped meds. No complaints about the staff. They were very friendly and quickly accommodated our request for a unit on the ground floor close to an outside door. The pet area is well laid out and kept clean. This hotel is going through a renovation so maybe we just got a room that hadn't been renovated yet, so as to accommodate our room location request. "

"The staff was amazing. The fact that the outdoor pool was heated was a big surprise. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The window treatments need replaced. Wasn’t able to open the windows and there are two sets of curtains that are in rough shape."
