"The room had left over coke bottles from the previous guest. The bed was made and the bathroom had fresh towels and that was it. I have been staying at this facility for the last 4yrs and last year was bad, but this year was the worst. I will not be staying there anymore."

"Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”."

"We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4...

"The hotel itself was fine. The elevator was broke and the only available rooms, we were told, was on the 3rd floor. It was a long haul up the stairs since I was alone. The breakfast was nothing warm. It was just a variety of cereal options and some bagels/bread for toast. I would probably stay again if I had to, but wish I would have known ahead of time on the breakfast/elevator!"

"I will say this is the 2nd time I stayed here since I had a great experience the first time. I even paid more this time because it was a good first impression. However, I am not sure if it because I was on the first floor, but this time around it was loud and I felt uncomfortable being by myself. I would give it a 3 1/2 stars. I am not sure I will be staying there for the next time I go to see my daughter at school."

"Hello, The Breakfast is nothing to write home about. VERY Generic basic offers. We stayed 3 nights and only ate breakfast once there because it was so Generic. Room was nice , The have nothing interesting on the TV Guide, but you really don’t need to be in front of the TV, we like to wind down at bedtime watching something good and didn’t really have that. No plastic utensils or any kind for Coffee"

"Looks very pretty. However handicap baths they are not. I am sure they dont meet ADA standards. You have a high tub to climb over to take a shower and no vertical hand rail to hold. A plastic chair in bathroom was so wide would not fit in tub."

"Had a horrible $475+ experience at Clarion. This was half the price with working AC. Room was smaller, yet spacious enough. Bathroom very clean. Don't pay $130 per night someplace else."

"The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for."
