"We stayed at Aurora Igloo South on September 18 and had an extremely disappointing experience. We arrived around 8 PM and shortly afterward began finding spiders throughout the igloo, on the floor, walls, curtains, and even the bed. Within about two hours, we had killed at least a dozen spiders. ..."

"I booked a two person room and they gave me a room that was already rented out and did not respond to any messages or calls. I try to call and it keeps saying “busy” which I do not believe. My wife and i had no where to stay"
