"We spoke to the large gentleman on duty when we left 3 times, and not once did he agnowledge us, or even look up fron what he was doing. I think he was with his boss, a short small woman. But when we were leaving in the car, they both had enough time to come outside and smoke! I found this to be very rude and unprofessional!"
