"Yes pool was enjoyable The tarps for the canopies need replaced ripped to shreds on top! As well as the canvases for the umbrella s Also our chairs to our room need replaced shredded and holes in them! Did have a few cockroaches in our room as well I got them out. Also towel/coffee service would be nice for a longer stay customer I had to hunt down housekeeping for more towels Rather ridiculous for such a high room price!"

"Campground was easily accessible, the site was well maintained. No check-in was possible on Monday due to the office being closed, but our friends connected up with the camp host to let them know of our arrival. Overall, the camping and use of amenities (showers, restrooms, etc.) was very nice. Restrooms and showers were clean."

"The view is very impressive and lodge itself is cozy with large kitchen with some necessities for breakfast. The reason for I gave 3 stars is the mattress was awful. Soggy and old and really soft. Also the shower is unusable. Old shower head that sprinkles the water all over, but doesn't give a stream. So washing was a nightmare. Also the quality of shampoo and conditioner was really not good"

"Our host greeted us. We got a tour. The best was the gorgeous room! I loved staying the governor suite. Quiet, calm and lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The 1930’s music, the ambiance of the hotel was just what I needed for a relaxing stay."

"Beautiful place, but had a problem that warranted a full refund. I was only given 35% discount for a problem that 100% their fault. We left a day early ( it was our anniversary, the reason we went) and weren’t given a refund for big problem with our accommodations. No one wants to leave a celebration weekend without a good reason. Was so disappointed in their lack of reimbursement for a problem that wasn’t at all our fault. They did apologize but still should have taken total responsibility. "
