Waited another 5 minutes. Got checked in. Room was cold. Missed dinner due to delays. Shower started lovely and warm, within seconds of stepping in became cold. Had to suffer a cold shower. "Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here."
