"Als in der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass wir Monteurzimmer gebucht haben, waren wir schon auf Schlimmeres vorbereitet, allerdings wurde das leider noch übertroffen. Das Angebot stimmt überhaupt nicht mit der Beschreibung überein. Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbetten, jeder Bettbezug unterschiedlich, okay damit kann man leben… Aber es gibt nur Gemeinschaftsduschen und - Toiletten, das sollte schon erwähnt werden! "Wir hatten das Hotel zum Jahreswechsel für 3 Tage, 3 Monate im Voraus gebucht und über hotels.com auch eine Buchungsbestätigung 4 Tage vor Anreise bekommen. Bei Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Buchung im System auffindbar war und man uns mitteilte, dass KEINE Zimmer über hotels.com angeboten wurden. "The hotel is beautifully situated for walking round the park, but there isn't much else within easy walking that I could find if you want to shop/go to a bar. Maybe I looked in the wrong places. My first room had a broken mirror, but reception switched, so that wasn't an issue- reception staff were very helpful all round. Parking seemed expensive, breakfast was good and plentiful, but strangely arranged so one has to go searching up and down- I never did find the mustard. I did go down for dinner, but it all seemed pretty deserted, and the staff who were around seemed to have very little interest in my custom, so I didn't eat in the hotel. The sauna doesn't open until 17.30, which was annoying. Would I stay again? Probably- the good outweighed the bad, certainly."
