"The Hotel in general is beautiful. Everything clean and new. It just opened up in 2022. the staff is amazing. I want to thank everyone starting with security staff, guest relations, receptionists, cleaning staff, service personnel, chefs and bartender. "Everything was amazing. The hotel is perfect. They picked us up at the airport. We had breakfast served every morning. They had food delivered to our room when we didn’t want to go out to eat. And Mohamed was an amazing driver, Friend, and tour guide. All of the staff was amazing. The view was unbelievable. I have never felt so much love from people when visiting another country. We can’t wait to come back to Egypt!!!!"

"Meet and assist was $25 well spent for arriving solo at the airport in the middle of the night. I wasn't thrilled that housekeeping knocked at 9:30am when I'd arrived at 3:00am so definitely should have used the DND sign because they don't track who is checking out late. Breakfast was just what I needed, had plenty of choices for everyone and most things were labeled if you wanted to try something new.
