Hotel murah di Helwan

"We are longtime visitors to this hotel due to its location and easy access fo the airport. We never had an issue before but our last issue was one for the history books. We paid for one room and extended our stay through Expedia selecting the option to pay when we get to the hotel. The check in counter helped us to keep our room and everything started normally. Then came the strange thing. The supervisor called my husband abroad to tell him we did not pay and settle the payment and let me know....

"Lovely staff, they were very helpful, food was awesome especially breakfast. Rooms was lovely with a balcony. The swimming pool was great really enjoyed using the pool and chilllng poolside"

"Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Can be noisy at night due to activity in ground floor restaurant and outdoor patio. Breakfast options are limited and redundant. Smoking is permitted/tolerated in the restaurant which can detract from the dining experience for non-smokers."

"Nice & reasonable hotel"

"My first room was clean then the ac decided to leak all over my suitcase and my clothes in the middle of the night, I woke up after it had already flooded my room. My suit which I had dry cleaned the day before was completely ruined as were half my clothes. That was out of their hands but what wasn't was the "upgraded" room they put me in, the only difference was that it had a larger window and a balcony thats basically unusable. Now the problem with that was I could hear the DJ blasting...

"Excelente ubicación a unos pasos d Ema entrada a la esfinge. Tienen un chofer privado que contratamos ora poder visitar Saqqara. El desayuno en el roof es muy abundante y con una vista inmejorable. Las camas muy cómodas y nos toco un balcón con vista a las pirámides. Fue maravillosos contemplarlas a toda hora"

"The views from the hotel’s panoramic rooms are amazing and the breakfast was of good quality. The hotel is on a main street which is very noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your headphones. Rooms lack proper maintenance. I had to call the front desk several times to send someone to fix things. Even the elevator’s lights were out, so it was pitch black while in it. Beds were comfortable, but all in all a bad experience. "
