Leider mussten wir aber auch feststellen, das das Niveau vieler Gäste stark nachgelassen hat. "A decent hotel and the suite we stayed in was lovely. Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. The food at the buffet is average but the Italian restaurant was lovely. The staff seem very confused with requests and say they’re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience"

"Absolutely loved it, the staff is extremely helpful by having in mind that I missed one day and arrived the next due to the flight cancellations. The hosts are very welcoming, you get everything you need even if you are alone, safety, security and arrangements you request.
