"We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me. "Excellent stay. Staff were very charming and helpful, and the location was perfect, allowing us to explore all that London has to offer. We had a late train on our checkout day and the staff kindly kept our bags for free until the evening allowing us to travel the city without lugging around our luggage. It’s the little things that separate good hotels from great ones."

"Had a wonderful stay with Family at this hotel. In the perfect location with easy access to the Tube, shopping, anything you could want to do. Staff was great, everything was clean, beds were very comfortable and the view from the room was incredible. Highly recommend and would stay here again!"
