"I was given an all good on reservation only to be told my card was no good and no rooms available when I arrived. Went down the road used same card to reserve a room. Was major headache after driving all day."

"Front desk unattended and the front entrance was locked at the time of arrival. After repeatedly calling the hotel and knocking on the door for over 15 minutes, I ended up prying the doors open so that myself and children could us the restroom. Finally after standing at the desk "

"The hotel was ok. I did not like the fact when you turned on the water from the shower or sink it had a weird funny smell. I heard a lot of sirens in the area as well. I think someone got shot and injured near McDonalds area. "

"Everything was great only problems were not hardly any room for hanging clothes and our room had no microwave. Microwave was no big deal we barely use them anyway. The Woman at the front desk ( think her name is Reneda) was spectacular! Super friendly and helpful. Everything in general was pretty darn good. We will be staying there again because of how much we liked Reneda. In closing, most hotels are basically acceptable but their people skills are somewhat "iffy". NOT HERE! Worth...

"Allow dogs eat food off the floor. In the breakfast area. Bathroom not as clean as other Avid hotels that I’ve stayed in. NEVER stay at this one again"

"The room was not clean. We did not take a shower because the shower enclosure and especially the door was not clean. On the window, half of it must have lost the vacuum in the pane. It's been like that for a long time because you could not see through it. Poor maintenance!!!. The worst was a trash can outside the at 9 pm. In the morning at 8 am, there was more on the ground. That was disgusting and no one did anything about this. This is the entrance for godsake, doesn't anyone look...
