"DO NOT STAY…Checked in and left, (which we had to pay for cause we didn’t return the keys, mind you the front person left and wasn’t there to return them) the people there were scoping out our stuff..place is shaded. Pretty bad when you are traveling with retired correctional officers and they made comments like it. reminded them of the prison the worked at. I have stayed at several Motel 6’s before but not sure that will happen anymore. "

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn was exactly what we needed. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The gentleman at the front desk was especially friendly and provided excellent customer service, he really made us feel welcome. My husband and I just wanted a simple one-night getaway from the kids, and we’re so glad we chose to book here. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"Great location! Close to everything, nice bar in the lobby. What we did not like is 3 elevators only one worked consistently. Construction going on, just caused more noise, hard to get through hallways, and issues getting cars through valet because of the construction staff trucks."

"The worst part about the whole thing was staff/customer service. My first time staying at this location. Vallet was a mess noone really telling you what to do. Check in was not very friendly. Did not explain amenities. Just got a vibe of give us your money and here is your room key. The main thing this place has is location being right on river walk. For the cost I paid I would not stay here again."

"Our stay at the DeSoto was great! It’s so close and convenient to everything in Historic District. The staff are all friendly and helpful! Reese and Charli were both great valets! This wasn’t our first stay, and it won’t be our last!"

"For a new hotel it isn't very well maintained. The shower is the worst I have ever used, no water pressure. We were on the 3rd floor and the only ice machine was on the 1st floor. Elevators were dirty, I cleaned up some water I spilled by bath sink and the rag was filthy. They have self serve washer and dryers but they didn't have any way for you too get change too use them."
