"I would not spend money to stay here again. My family visited Savannah for the first time and have stayed at Country Inn Suites before, however the upkeep and cleanliness of this hotel was awful. Our shower curtain had vomit still on it from whoever stayed there last, and the pool had large clumps of hair floating throughout. When I complained to the front desk, no one came to clean the pool, so I cleaned the entire thing myself but left the hair in the net for the staff to dispose of. The next morning, the hair was still there, after the front desk told me they’d have it cleaned up. We were only met with apologies and no manager was on site the entire time. I sent an email to their staff/customer service, and still have not heard back. The room was also not the best, but the hairy pool and crusted shower curtain was enough for us to not book with them again."

"Rooms were very dirty and very uncomfortable for the stay even for one night. 1 out of 2 room was very low standards. Don’t go with high ratings. Few rooms are really very messy and unhygienic. They have some yellow dirt or something all over the restroom floor. Bathtub is extremely dirty and having black spots. Shower doesn’t work properly. No towels provided. Coffee maker didn’t get cleaned from ages. You can hear other room people from your room."

"Property is old, but relatively clean. Pool area was clean and well kept. Breakfast options were decent. Issue with keys not working every day we were there. Bed was comfortable and towels and sheets were clean."

"We didn’t stay we checked out the room was not clean. Dirty socks was left the bathroom was dirty. The sheets had stains. They told us it was nothing they could do about it because the room was booked through a third party. So I paid for a room I didn’t stay in. They told me I can’t get a refund. I am not happy. I have use this service before but if this is what I may face again I may not this again."
