"The room provided was different from what I had booked; the front desk informed me that the room type I reserved was sold out. It was already nearly midnight, so they gave me three options: 1. Have the booking platform cancel the order; 2. Go to another hotel located half an hour away; or 3. Accept a smaller room at the same price. Since I was traveling with a child, I had no choice but to accept the smaller room."

"Their "breakfast" was a joke. It's tucked in the back of the complex and they have practically no food. The "Coffee" machine dispenses something but I assure you that it is not coffee. They have a waffle maker and no butter and syrup and I didn't see the batter. They had cream cheese and no bagels, and the cereal looks old in secondary containers. The room was about what you expect for the price I have no serious complaints about that."

"It looks more like a motel. The beds were smaller than queen size. We had to get an inflatable bed for the 3rd person (Total: 1 adult and 2 teenagers). The room was somewhat clean, sheets and beds were clean but had cigarettes burns on the comforter, Floors were sticky. We had 5 roaches over a 4 day stay. Beds were comfortable. No room cleaning unless you ask for it. AC worked well. Easy and lots of parking spaces. Pool was clean and nice, smaller than the picture shows. Breakfast is included...

"The room appeared to have been updated, and some of the newer items throughout were noticeable. Overall, it seemed clean, but the first impression was not good because the A/C was not on when we entered and the room had a musty, strange smell. Fortunately, we had an air purifier with us, turned it on, and that mostly remedied the issue. The breakfast was very basic. "Arrived around 11pm. Pool hours are 10am-10pm so kids were disappointed they could not use the pool or hot tub as we were leaving early in the morning. The rooms appeared to be clean but the smell of mold in both rooms was really strong. There was visible mold in the bathroom on the walls close to the shower. "The room was extremely dirty. Bed linens were stained. Pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs (found none thankfully) but there were crumbs on the mattresses. I picked up one of the pillows to find a beetle/bug crawling around. Some sort of mysterious sticky red gunk was caked on the shelf where the mini fridge sat. "This place was the DIRTIEST PLACE I EVER STAYED IN. From roaches, mold, dirty sheets and the list goes on. I felt so uncomfortable and when I ask the manager to have maintenance, clean up, they he told me they will but when I checked, they never cleaned anything up. I don’t think they did was take out the trash. "
