"Clean hotel, good service"

"What I liked are the people were nice & they were able to help me out. There was free parking & breakfast. What I didn't like is the paintings were coming off. There could've been more breakfast selections. The bathtub could've been a bigger tub & the water could've been hotter."

"Enjoyed most everything at this hotel except the a/c in our room did work as well as it should have. Had to try and sleep in a warm room."

"It is kinda off the beaten path but not too far out from downtown. The breakfast was good, the interior was clean but the outside area could use some sprucing up. The food didn’t have a whole lot of storage or a closet even but ample for a weekend getaway."

"The room was very nice. Ac was set on 77 when we arrived. Took a while to cool it down with the 100 degree heat outside. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok."

"The first room that I was given had a very strong odor of weed. We had to switch rooms. The bed in the second room was extremely uncomfortable. But the staff was very accommodating with switching the room"

"Cockroach on the wall and in the sink in the lobby when we went down for breakfast. Door handle fell off when I tried to open the room door."

"I didn't realize you had to stay with your pet in the room or take with you. Could not eat in a decent restaurant or visit sight seeing places in Savannah. Total waste to stay there."

"The room provided was different from what I had booked; the front desk informed me that the room type I reserved was sold out. It was already nearly midnight, so they gave me three options: 1. Have the booking platform cancel the order; 2. Go to another hotel located half an hour away; or 3. Accept a smaller room at the same price. Since I was traveling with a child, I had no choice but to accept the smaller room."

"The room appeared to have been updated, and some of the newer items throughout were noticeable. Overall, it seemed clean, but the first impression was not good because the A/C was not on when we entered and the room had a musty, strange smell. Fortunately, we had an air purifier with us, turned it on, and that mostly remedied the issue. The breakfast was very basic. I do not think I have ever seen a breakfast display with only white bread, plain bagels, and muffins as the main options. There...
