"Clean room, basic furniture, no tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent location, however no parking or even short stay bays for check in. Staff are as helpful as they can be, however very limited information offered on check in. Key cards constantly demagnetise, being kept near a phone or not, this is something you should consider as you’ll queue for a while at times to get them reactivated as single desk does check ins etc."

"Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the family suite, which was excellent, the kids had a bunk bed and the adults a gigantic double. Air conditioning was brilliant, beds super comfy. The room had a sofa and table which was great too. We had Deliveroo for dinner so it was nice to be able to sit at a table to eat. Nespresso coffee machine with lots of pods and tea bags to use. A small fridge with completely bottled water and a couple of chocolates was very welcome after a long drive. Massive deep bath that filled quickly and big walk in Shower with complementary toiletries. We had free slippers too. Loads of towels. Easy to access the gym and pool - remember to take your key card to get in. Our car was parked for us on arrival and we could collect it ourselves at the end of our stay so we didn’t feel rushed to leave. The staff were lovely, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Will definitely come back."

"Probably the best value for Money Paid of any hotel I've ever been in. Beautiful rooms. Meticulously maintained. Very clean. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Multiple elevators. Great staff. Have a lobby area watching the World Cup game with other guests. Provided still water dispenser in the front lobby for free."
