"There were no amenities. There were no coffee or cups of any kind in any rooms. The soda machine was out of order. The pool was empty and grass unkept. The pool looked like it has been empty for years and road runners had moved in. As we opened the door to enter the hallway to our room the smell of decomposition cleaner was overwhelming. My friend is a police chief and spent years cleaning up crime scenes. The smell was the same as you would get from a dead body. As we walked by the room the floor was being mopped. None of the outer doors had a working security card reader and at 2am was unlocked and open. This place was more like the movie set for the Shining sequel. It should be a tourist attraction for a house of horror."

"Filthy! Bed was made. Bed bug feces on mattress, bed skirt was stretched out and had been stepped on, dirty, floor wasnt swept, shower was disgusting with splatters of dirty soda. Scum and bathtub was not even rinsed out, pubic hair around the toilet, refrigerator dirty, microwave dirty, white substance crusted on the recliner, the recliner had filthy sweaty dirt stains on the arms, thank goodness he brought towels so I could cover the desk chair to study. The trash can didn’t have a liner and was nasty. The owner had the audacity to ask me “not leave the room trashed because his property manager was in the hospital and it was only him.” I was too afraid to ask for my money back, might be on the next milk carton for Missing persons. I did leave him and note when I turned in my keys expressing my disgust and left sticky notes everywhere he should clean to help him out. Can I get the money back for my room, plus the $3 for the 30 sticky notes I used? HEALTH DEPT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS!"

"Breakfast was tasty. Check in was smooth with hotels.com. At 5:30am the desk clerk disappeared. And the shower seemed to splash water all over the floor (the shower curtain was ill fitting)."

"I had a room with a removal shower head and they put me in a room with a bathtub with no removable shower head and acted like it was no big deal I just wanted what I booked everything else there was nice The room was clean bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast was good normal"

"The pool and the hot tub were a hit with my kids. The front desk person, Collin, was very helpful and kind. The room we were in was huge and had so many windows. I loved the layout of the room. I would’ve rated everything 5 stars except the bathroom in our room wasn’t cleaned the best. The bathtub could’ve used maintenance. The toilet also clogged very easily, maybe plumbing issues. I would stay here again!"
