"We were told that due to booking by a third party, our room could only be accessed from the outside. The bugs are allover that access area and attack you and your car. We didn't understand this situation, when we were given the option. If you are given that option, take it."

"i had requested that I receive clean towels as well as emptying the garbages on day 2, of 4, & it was never done. The receptionist had requested this service & staff did not comply. As a result i requested a new room for the remaining 2 nights which they provided for me. They apologized, yet the service was lacking for a Hilton. The breakfast I would have expected some yogurt or fruit & this was not the case. Wawa was my morning choice even though "breakfast" was included. No thank you."

Breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were watery, and the coffee was cold. Peculiarly, the bathroom fan ran constantly. It’s wired that way - no way to shut it off when it’s not needed. "I've stayed here plenty of times and have never had a problem. I appreciate the fact that it's less than 5 minutes away from my family and near stores. It's enough to be comfortable and accommodating. It will always be my go to for hotels"

"Well appointed rooms with great linens and fantastic soaps and hair care products. A/C was aways cold , great shower water pressure. Staff went out of the way to make our 25th wedding anniversary a pleasurable quiet weekend. "
