"It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. Activities were free eg. crazy golf, tennis etc. The restaurant on site was for all-inclusive guests only, so we couldn't eat there. "Best hotel ever. Adorable staff, luxurious squeaky clean lodgings, a stone's throw from the most beautiful beach in France. Do yourself a favor and take the breakfast option. This was our third stay and we will be back. Special shout out to Mathilde and Florian: gracious professional and lovely humans. 10/10."

"The new owner Carine, the most wounderful person you could imagine , wecomed us even as the hotel were closed, and we stayed for 2 nights in a very nice room by the pool.
