"Grds. tolle Unterkunft. Das "Iglu" war echt toll. Leider reicht der Vorrat an Warmwasser nicht und die Badewanne auf einmal zu füllen. Eher auf dreimal. Die Mitarbeiter waren OK, aber jetzt nicht hoch bemüht. Die Lage zum Poas Vulkan geht nicht besser"

"Cindy, the owner, was an excellent host. Very proactively engaged in our experience from the day we booked. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. She also arranged activities for us, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and large, with an outside deck. The location is remote (which is the point of booking - for that tree canopy experience) and windy drive, so...

"Spent the night here after arriving from the US. The property is absolutely beautiful. We ate at the restaurant because we were wiped out after traveling all day. The food was good and pretty reasonably priced. The room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. "

"We stayed at the Berlin on our way back to Canada. Spotless room. Really lovely, helpful staff. She booked us an airport taxi for very early the next morning. They were up when we were leaving at 5 am and gave us coffee and a take-out breakfast. We will stay there on our next visit."

"Place was clean for the most part. No air conditioning but the weather wasn't crazy hot. Bathroom smelled really bad which was the worst I could say about this place. But the staff was amazing she was caring and attentive. "

The directions weren’t the clearest and gos put us down the street. We were able to contact owner and eventually found the place. It has a small sign and at night was hard to see. The place was clean and met our needs. "
