"Beautiful view, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly."

"They canceled my reservation and didn’t email me. Very poor communication."

"Staff is very welcoming and nice. However our room wasn’t that clean to begin with. The bed mattresses were very old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Our room was only cleaned once and the restroom was dusty and full of spiders. The curtains looked very dirty throughout the room. The shower looked filthy and gross.

The owners, Charles and Peter, were an absolute delight. We talked through the entire breakfast and Charles even joined us one day for breakfast. The staff was also delightful. Mauricio...

"9/10!! Great staff. Good breakfast. Amazing views from the deck. Conveniently located downtown Tortuguero. The tour guide, Luis, we had was great. I highly recommend Casa Marbella, and their tours!"
