"SHOWER was great, good water pressure. Pillows were good. Had continuous problem with door lock. Had to get new cards twice. One never worked. They even changed the door lock and problem was not resolved. Overall experience was good made up for door locks with helpful staff."

"The cottage was well stocked with a snack basket and a super dog basket. The kitchen was stocked with all needed essentials and the parking also worked out well."

"The phone number only is no good. Carpet needed cleaning, but understandable for being near the beach. Beach access was super close and convenient. I love that there was unbrellas to rent and toys for the kids to play with."

"First off, the front desk is AMAZING! Literally AMAZING! We had a 2 day stay in the largest townhouse room. Housekeeping never came once. We ran out of toilet paper and towels. No beds were ever made. Garbage was never changed. No fresh towels given. The room needed a serious cleaning. Cupboard doors are falling off the hinges. The toilets needed a wipe down. So did the vanity and sinks. It’s mostly just old and not maintained really. We had a family of 4. They give you 2 pool passes for...

"We booked because we thought that we were having vies to the beach and it was across the street views to the road! My romantic surprise getaway turned into a terrible shock. The staff wasn´t either helpful, we arrived early in the morning so we asked to keep our luggage because we took a flight there, they said that we could kept in the laundy room, an open room with no surveillance at all. It was extremely expensive and a disaster..."
