"Buffet breakfast was just okay. The temperature control on the heating/cooling unit in the room didn’t work. The bathtub was unusually narrow. The elevator went up and down between floors when we were asking it to go down to the lobby. The front desk however, offered us an upgrade from double beds to queens, which was appreciated."

"The hotel was fine the casino was a major disappointment. They allow people to reserve as many slot machines as they want.I was playing beside a lady she had four machines in the area around where I was playing with reserved tickets on them. found the staff really don’t do much about it so we went to other casinos and played. To bad because we will probably stay somewhere else next time."

"The free breakfast was for only 1 of our party of 3 so that sucked. Parking is an additional $45 so keep that in mind when budgeting. Also, for the cost of the room ($$$$) they still wanted an additional $25 for an hour extension/late checkout. The room was clean, the location suited our need to be very close to the convention centre. Just do not wander far on foot as the location is not very far from the "bad" area in Edmonton "

"This motel is in a VERY dangerous area of Edmonton!! We ended up leaving and booking else-where. DO NOT stay here of you have children.. I wouldn't have even stayed if my kids weren't with me. The parking lot and building was surrounded by obviously high/intoxicated groups of ppl. My 13 year old daughter was harassed walking from our car and there is no security- anyone can just walk in! There was also blood in the bathroom on the wall.. as soon as we saw the room we left, I expressed we did not feel safe and we couldn't have our children stay somewhere unclean and where they are not safe. They still charged us $250 for incidentals and $155 for the room- they refused me a refund and have literally ghosted all of Expedias attempts at seeking a refund. avoid this place like a plague!! "

"Arbitrary rules for the property rankled. For example, when I had worked in a motel, we were pleased to see people arriving a bit before check-in time as it would reduce the rush at check-in time. In this motel, they want you to pay extra if you arrive a bit early to drop off your bags."
