"the place was ok but not family desirable, elevator is off the whole time i was there for 2 weeks, said that they will fix it but nothing happened, wifi is off too for the same reason, i requested a new bulb from one of the lampstand there but none happened, people can come from the back entrance and you smell smoking cigarette in the vicinity, not too strong but you can tell the difference. breakfast was not much options. the staff tried to be nice and polite but there is something need to be done in this location. Place is beautiful but I might agree with the rest of the reviews online. peace! "

"I arrived about 930 then at the desk would not open the door to let me in the lobby. Even though. I was clearly drinking the clothes. We don’t on the side of the building and told me it would be a while because she had to check somebody else in it. "

"1/5 Stars: Avoid at all costs!!! I booked this hotel for a much-needed trip and it was a nightmare. The "amenities" are a joke—the front door didn't even open with my access card, and the staff was incredibly rude when I asked for help. The room smelled terrible, the appliances were ancient, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the tub leaked. Most importantly, as a solo traveler, I felt completely unsafe here. Do not let the pictures fool you; this place is a scam."

"Bathtub was dirty, microwave was dirty, pullout couch had food crumbs in it, TV was useless and the pool was smaller than pictured and dirty!"

"There were people who are siting infront of my room door and in the hallway it self they were taking drugs on the stairs There were two men seem to be drunk or high carrying guns People were loud infront of my room Zero security or safety Window not locked properly and people can jump in my room very easy The room wasn’t clean , terrible smell , black mold Photos on expedia are just lies and bed sheets had cigarette ashes on it For a king size bed there were 2 pillows only The electric outlet in the room weren’t working I couldn’t charge my phone This was more like a shelter for gangs / homeless people I requested already a full refund I entered the room for 5 min and left "
