"Couldn't understand why we had to pay extra £50 ..Will get back after stay.first night really good.2nd day left door tag for room to be cleaned,it wasn't,only to be told we hadn't put out room to be cleaned, which we had when we left at 8.30..most disappointed as our my birthday and wedding anniversary. Bed not made.no cleaned towels, cups or coffee tea etc refills.went to have drinks, twice it happend, had to go to reception for service as they were to busy talking.

"Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat."
