"The location was excellent and the staff was great. We had no hot water at first but the front office receptionist came to our room immediately and solved the problem (by resetting the water heater). Another staff member called a local restaurant for us to make sure they were open after a power outage."

"Staffs are great greeted with water. Everything else like parking is a thumb up and the room is very clean. Breakfast was wonderful we were able to pack some for our hike to National Park."

"The staff and rooms were great. The breakfast was a great experience each day. However, one reason we booked this hotel was to be able to swim. The pool was closed the whole time due to pipes being broken. We sure were disappointed. Wish we could have been updated b4 checking in. We also were not able to utilize a veteran discount on your site."

"Nice clean rooms and very nice grass area for pets. The pet deposit is very expensive relative to other hotels, and the amount was not disclosed until AFTER we completed the non-refundable reservation. For that, they lose a star in my rating. Otherwise, nice hotel conveniently located."
