Very beautiful outdoor space - pool - veranda - .. You can relax the whole day at the pool and in the evening you can take a walk or dinner in Koutouloufari! Perfect location and big parking. Very nice personal! Only (-) was the bed in the bedroom and the „sofa“ in the living room, both was kinda uncomfy. Would recommend so 9/10! ☀️🇬🇷

Stayed in the 2 bedroom for a few nights was huge had two balconies and 2 bathrooms and one en suite. Great for families. Stairs in the apartment so not the best if you need an accessible room. Stayed in the one bedroom cottage room number 7 huge balcony with loungers, lived this room prob better than the 2 bedroom. Beds are comfy Staff are very nice and accommodating. Pool area is small but if you get up at 8am you can easily get a bed. In all, I would recommend this accommodation location is amazing, I would give this 9/10 Price is very reasonable

Our standard room had everything you need we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The pool was lovely, the staff were very kind and the attention to detail in hotel didn’t go un missed! Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here. The staff are welcoming, thoughtful and happy to help. Room was clean comfortable with a lovely balcony and drying rack. The pool area is where we spend most of our time. The pool is perfect for cooling off and where you can watch mountain goats climb the cliffs, and where cretan vultures soar.

Really enjoy our stay. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Accommodation was excellent, with crisp sheets and comfortable beds. The pool was wonderful and the surrounding area was stunning, sunbeds comfortable and the parking a really helpful bonus. Cannot fault it.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Koutouloufari. Rooms are spacious with everything you could possiby need during your holiday, plus a bottle of wine to welcome you. The pool area isn’t huge but very pretty and never so busy you can’t find a seat or sunbed. So many brilliant places to eat and drink on the area. Perfect holiday destination.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last. It’s in the centre of Koutouloufari but still quiet and relaxing. You have everything on your door step. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club. The apartment was fantastic, the pool area was lovely and quiet and the location was amazing - there are so many great restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do more for you, the whole place completely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great, I’d recommend including this on booking as it’s expensive to pay daily. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!

Beautiful view of all the harbour of Chersonnisos from our spacious balcony. Lovely swimming pool with lovely surroundings en real proper dubbel sized beds. Lovely apartment with airconditioning in each room.

Quiet and peaceful but in the heart of the village. A perfect place to stay where you can relax by the pool or explore further a field. All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful, happy to go that extra mile to make our stay perfect. The stairs to the rooms can be challenging if you aren't use to them; however once there the views are worth it. Our room was cleaned regularly and the gardens and common area kept clean and tidy. Thank you KVHC for a wonderful stay, I'm sure we will be back.

The perfect find!

Would absolutely recommend this beautiful boutique style village and also stay here again ourselves! We arrived close to midnight, completely exhausted but the staff were brilliant, letting the kids sit with them while we parked the car, giving them each a drink and then helping us lug our bags to our very clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable room. The food we had was excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful and we loved the pool area. Late check out wasn't possible but we were able to store our bags, use the pool for the day and given space to have showers and freshen up before leaving for our flight. Stellar service. Village location is lovely, in the thick of things but still quiet. Public parking is available a short walk away if the hotel car park is full and there are loads of bar, restaurant and quaint shopping options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. You can walk down to the beach (might want to taxi back up!) or it is a short drive away. Very easy to access the airport and tourist sites by car once you know your way up and down the hill. If driving, use the street address to locate the hotel on GPS rather than GPS coordinates or you will find yourselves going round in circles trying to find the front entrance!! Thanks KVHC team, we had a brilliant stay :-).

The property was very charming and traditional in style, and had everything we needed. A great location in the village, with many tavernas on the doorstep. The pool area was small but it was easy to get a sunlounger, with views to the mountain or over the roof tops to the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts had a range of delicious food from the expected greek yogurt and honey to fruit, bread, cake, toasties, eggs etc. The additional outdoor cinema, traditional Cretan music and dancing evening added something special.

Wonderful, welcoming, helpful and accommodating staff. The place is a gem, having breakfast by the pool every morning was a treat. Not recommended for people with mobility issues as there are steps to access any place on site.
Breakfast was plentiful, you could add eggs, bacon, hot drink included.

We stayed here, in July 2025. It’s very nice, good pool, and super friendly staff. My teenage daughters complained about their sofa style beds which I have to say were uncomfortable. The bed I had with my wife was lovely. Koutouloufari is very touristy. I think Crete has much nicer more authentic, towns with much better restaurants. We stayed in Agious Nikolaos afterwards which had so many great places to eat!

We stayed in the beautiful Traditional house and had such cozy corners to enjoy with each other but also on our own. The terrace had a gorgeous view of the sea. Lovely street with different Taverna.and souvenir shops. Great experience

The hotel is lovely. The room was big with a huge terrace, and the hotel grounds really clean. The pool is great - but do get there early to grab a lounger The local town is wonderful - full of shops, bars and restaurants. You can walk to beaches but its up a steep hill - and be sure to know which beach to head to as some are more party than others
