"Just a quick overnight stay but twin room was spacious, clean, shower worked well. Good TV, WiFi worked well. Bed provided a comfy night sleep. Value for money for the night of our stay. Coffee and Water vending machine on the Ground floor. Apparently you should reserve Parking in advance as they have limited spaces, we did not, it was full and was advised to Park at Parking Blauwe Boulevard which they promoted as cheaper than their own , Euro 12 overnight and 4 min walk from Hotel in well lit areas. (Tip - as you enter, drive to the very end and park by the pedestrian exit to be closest to Hotel) It is a gated car park , spacious and seems as secure as can be."

"We had an amazing overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. The kids like the turndown service and little surprise presents. Will definitely recommend and will plan a longer stay next time ."

"We were actually moved to the sister hoter Chateau de la fooz as the other hotel was closed. This was no issue for us. This was fine but there was no one to greet us at check in despite ringing the bell. We found a card with a list of booking with our name and checked ourselves in. The restaurant is closed on mondays and tuesdays but we got a recomendation of a restaurant about 10 minutes away which was great and we appreciated this. The room was very recently renovated and very lovely - a couple of things to mention. 1. no towel rail by sink for hand towel 2. no garbage can in room (only in bathroom) 3. no mirror in room The place is just gorgeous and the owner was very nice and gave us a complimentary glass of bubbles and a little about the history of this former convent. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a great selection HIghly recommend!!"

"We can't thank Betal and Emma enough for their warm welcome and for being so accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely looked after. The hotel is lovely, with an excellent location that's just a short walk from both the station and the town centre. I would highly recommend the Deluxe Double Room with a bath, it's a little something out of the ordinary and made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back. Management should be incredibly proud of the team, whose excellent service made our visit so enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean and quiet. Only 10 mins from railway station and a short walk to the city centre. The free breakfast was adequate and bar prices reasonable. "
