"This is a super little hotel hidden away from everything, an excellent place if you want to be alone. It’s an old building but doesn’t suffer from it. The staff are all excellent if a little forgetful in the restaurant. The only thing which lets it’s down slightly is the food. It’s not bad by any means, and some things are lovely, but it’s not quite 5*, the breakfast in particular was poor. I’d definitely recommend a stay here though. "

"I had the pleasure of staying at Quebecs for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The Kitson Suite was absolutely stunning—beautifully furnished, spacious, and featuring a charming spiral staircase. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, style and excellent service."

"lovely place with very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Nice touches such as fresh milk in the room every day. Restaurant served very nice food - not cheap, but very nice. We all like romantic dinners with soft lighting, but one of the nights the lights were so dim, we could not identify some the food on the plate without tasting it. After that we picked our own table with better lighting :)"

"Absolutely wonderful relaxing stay, the rooms were beautifully appointed and loved the concept, breakfast in the morning was superb, sadly we didn’t get to go to the rooftop bar but we took a peak and it was fabulous…great location round the corner from the train station, and parking facilities round the corner! "Large old building stands behind its own tree-lined grounds and drive. Basic modern facilities, very clean. Helpful staff and a good breakfast. Excellent for the price, good value. "

The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process.
