"Staff were really pleasant. Ground floor room was offered as lift did not work. Lack of kettle in the room was a disappointment as one had to go to the breakfast room to get hot water. No restaurant for dinner but recommended a lovely restaurant just 100 yards"

"Stayed here for 1 night in late September 2025. The hotel is stunning, with fantastic grounds and gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, and we didn’t expect the chocolate brownie, which was a nice treat. The evening fine dining was expensive but delicious, and the ales and beers from vexin were top notch. The grounds around the hotel feel very safe, and we were able to store 2 bicycles in an outside storage facility, which was secure."

They were very accommodating to me being gluten free for breakfast and when my friend and I could not get a taxi or Uber to Giverny, Arthur drove us there! Now that is service. The village itself was charming and just the right pace after 5 days in bustling Paris. Highly recommended "
