No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. "We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. "Old building that has been well maintained and kept the original look. We were put in the more modern portion to accommodate 3 of us. Pleasantly surprised with the open air museum and proximity to most WWI sites."

"We loved our stay at this absolutely charming and beautiful hotel Ypres. It’s set on extensive and beautifully landscape grounds only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Extremely well maintained to a very high standard, the staff was marvellous and the dining room was excellent. The cost for breakfast seemed a little high at first, but after we experienced the breakfast, we had no reservations. Extensive buffet with freshly cooked options. Very high-quality. "Lovely hotel and so near Lille Eurostar. Only a short walk to the railway station and other amenities in Central Lille. Staff very friendly, room clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Only drawback having only one lift operating which proved to be a little tedious at times. Overall well pleased and would definately recommend and will be staying there again."

"Excellent location in the centre of Kortrijk. Its a pity there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, only a fridge with free water."

"Nous avons réservé 2 nuits pendant ces grosses chaleurs de mai. Notre chambre exposée côté chaleur et la 1er nuit a été désagréable car impossible d'ouvrir à cause du passage. 2eme nuit un peu plus fraîche car une charmante hôtesse d'accueil nous a proposé un ventilateur."
