Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . "Great hotel with lovely design features and a comfy and large lobby/bar with free tea and coffee. The central location is brilliant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The building is quite old so it's not always silent (especially near the lifts) but peaceful enough for a good night's sleep."
