"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed at ELIT PERLA SUIT with my family, and the night was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. The room had a terrible smell, the atmosphere was dark and depressing, and it looked nothing like the photos shown in the app. We could not sleep properly because of the bad odor and the unpleasant environment. This place is absolutely not suitable for families. The hotel felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and far below...

"The property was dirty, 4 floors without elevator and the stairs are very difficult to climb up, because the steps are too high. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and not enough for the all property. They didn’t leave towels for all the guests."

"The location is good for the ferry and the bus but not for subway travel. If you want to stay in Istanbul, being close to subway is really important because we kept getting stuck in traffic. The place could be much cleaner, sinks and the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. They advertise that it has a kitchen but we didn’t use the rusty&broken stove top because it looked like a fire hazard. They only had one scratched teflon pot anyway that we again didn’t feel comfortable using. We didn’t have...
