"Si nous pouvions, nous donnerions 10 étoiles à cet hôtel. Malgré le confort, la plupart des hôtels laissent souvent quelque chose à redire, mais pas celui-ci. Que ce soit le confort des chambres, la beauté du design, l’emplacement calme mais avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité, la politesse et l’efficacité des employé(e)s… tout est excellent. Un merci particulier à messieurs Anday, Ümit et Özgür, qui ont fait preuve d’un excellent service pendant le séjour. Également à messieurs Adem et Barış, qui nous ont facilité le jour du départ avec nos bagages. Merci à tout le personnel. Merci Wyndham, et sans aucun doute à bientôt, pour une quatrième venue."

"Hotel was overall amazing as you would expect. Best breakfast I have ever seen in hotel, amazing views (we paid for sea view and really worth it). Only issue was we had flat (no bubbles) champagne served which was not only very overpriced but undrinkable, not what you would expect. I got cake on my birthday and on our anniversary. Great views and tables at dinner and staff could not have been nicer. Thank you Murat for trying to find us the best room!"

"An absolutely exceptional hotel in every way. Everything is immaculate, the views are simply breathtaking, and the level of service is outstanding. The staff are incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience feel truly special. The atmosphere, attention to detail and overall quality are exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended!"

"From arrival to departing. Best service and experience with all the staff. Greeted with a smile, glass of juice. Front desk were very helpful on istanbul tours. Chose 3 tours were informative and enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing. So many choices. Catering team 10/10. The porter we had was the best always looking after us. Our cleaners cleaned our room spotless. Thanks to all at Titanic City Hotel Taksim Management and staff, we will be back again."

"There were no real amenities. It was a clean comfortable room, in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It was a residential area, NOT a tourist destination. The staff were very helpful, professional and pleasant."
