"The staff are so stiff, Unfriendly and not helpful. No help was offered to get bags to room and on checkout I had to move 4 bags to car no help or offer of help."
"We had the 2 bedroom suit, was very big and comfortable. Only downside was there were no USB ports for charging so bring an adapter! House keeping were good and the breakfast was amazing for a 4 star hotel (different main food everyday). Guys at the desk were always helpful.
It wasnt an issue for me or my family but there were a lot of people who had medical procedures so expect to see people walking around with bandages on their faces/heads etc"

"By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Istanbul for a budget! I’ve travelled about 5-6 times and this hotel beats every other one that I’ve stayed at in terms of customer service, food at the hotel was really good, rooms are nice and clean and spacious not too big but perfect size. Your a 2 min walk to the Main Street where the trams and buses come from so super convenient to get around to. I would definetly reccomend anyone to stay here if you want to be a 15-20 mins ride to the city...
