"We had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and very well designed. The lobby area was especially artistic, full of beautiful artwork that gave the place a unique and elegant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English fluently, which made everything very comfortable for us. "Thanks to the front desk staff we got to Istanbul a day earlier in the middle of the night, my husband called to ask for a room, they accommodate us right away and even gave us on the side of the hotel we love ( we stayed there before lol) Thanks a lot I love this hotel"
