"I was on the 10th floor with a balcony view the air conditioning on the 10th floor was not properly working. They had to move us into a room without a balcony that was a bit smaller. The staff made the trip amazing. They were super friendly, helpful and tried to fix the issue with what resources available to them."

"Bathrub just needed a proper scrub down. Rest of room was clean and in shape. Hot tub and treadmill were not functional during our stay. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection. All property staff interactions were good. "

"The noise level for the room was crazy. Between doors being slammed in the halls from the balcony, to staff cleaning early , to out door construction & traffic . Plus the ac kept going off in the middle of the night . Same with the fire alarm battery going low"

"The room was very clean but the bed did seem a little dirty and some things were not replaced from the previous checkout like the tissues. You can also hear a lot through the walls which made sleeping in more difficult"

"the stay was great and the location was perfect, however, I would suggest for the carpet to be cleaned and for the staff to let patrons know that there is a microwave available. I had no idea that there was a microwave until I went for ice on my last day there... I had thrown away so much good food because I did not know about it... C'est la vie...oh and on one day, our room was half serviced even though we had our do not disturb sign up... I do not like my room to be serviced without knowing...

"Front desk staff are careless. I requested for a wheelchair mutiple times and wife had to walk a long distance to the room even after explaining to them about her surgery. Our cleaning lady Rosa, was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was okay, had moments where the machine for orange juice was not working and my daughter even found a small bug by the oatmeal area. Overall, rooms are clean but more attention from lobby staff."
