"They were fantastic about letting us check in early, however, we had to call maintenence in the first 30 min due to the tub not draining. Then my 2yr old grandson found a random pill on the floor and we had to call poison control to find out what it was. The staff was very responsive in coming to the room to clean again and they even changed out all of the bedding just to make sure there wasn't anything else. I think they could've avoided the hassle of they had just thoroughly cleaned the room to begin with."

"Rm 208… most of the ceiling was peeling, waterlogged, or discolored. Was moved to 219. Better however still peeling in some places. Floors were dirty and lots of hair in sink and bathroom, even a roach on the last morning. Breakfast was good and staff in general were friendly."
