"Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious room. We used the shuttle to the airport and it went smooth. We didn’t use the pool but it looked awesome. Will for sure stay again!"

"Great location- in the heart of Uptown- convenient to a lot of restaurants and theater where we were able to walk to. There is a parking lot behind T-Mobile building right across the street on Emerson. 24 hours is $18 - with no in/out privileges- but we parked and walked the neighborhood- so good deal. The room itself was small- but comfortable. The bed was comfy- although there was no fridge in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary bar drink."

"The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. Repeatedly asked the same questions, didn't explain the parking. Took the make and model of my car. Didn't give me any...

"The blow dryer didn't work at all, and within 5 mins housekeeping had a brand new one for me!!"

"This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were rude the room was so hot with the AC blasting. It felt like I was in a microwave. This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!"

"Very easy to shuttle back and fourth to the airport from the hotel. It will be my go to hotel for trips to Minneapolis."

"First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again."

"Fantastic staff! I communicated with the hotel regarding the airport shuttle before my overseas flight departure. It isn't 24 hours, but I had the coordination within the drive time that ends at 11pm. My travel companion was much later, so at least I could tell her she would have to find other means. On arrival, I arranged for a late checkout, luggage storage, and for her to pick up a key at the desk when she got there. In trying to use the shower, I actually pulled the handle off to turn the...

"It was okay, didn’t really like the location it felt rather sketchy around the parking lot."

"Overall the room was fine. The bathroom looked a bit old and outdated but fine. The room temp did not go below 70 which was too hot for us but the front desk brought us a fan when we asked for one so that was great. The front desk was very helpful and quick at check in. It's also a 3 minute drive to the MOA so that was neat. Would stay again."
