"Staff was friendly. Definitely an older hotel that has tried its best to modernize but a few things were showing their age. The other comments about noise were spot on. It seemed like sound really carried in this hotel and we could hear a lot of things, but we were only there one night so we just dealt with it. The EV charging was a nice touch and one of the reasons we booked here."

"This was the second time I have stayed here, and I can say without a doubt this will be my first choice when I need to stay close to the Hartford area. I love how central the location is to everything I wanted to go and explore!"

"Despite verifying with Expedia and Rodeway Inn customer service that we booked a room with 2 beds, we were given 1 king bed. Front desk was very unprofessional and nasty when asked why. They blamed Expedia and then proceeded to say Rodeway Inn customer service and Expedia were “full of shxx” when I told them that it was confirmed that the front desk changed the reservation. I have never had any issues booking any hotels with Expedia. Bathroom was disgusting and unusable. Towels were disgusting...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, loved the fridge and mini microwave too. The breakfast bar was an added bonus especially if you’re traveling with family"

"Breakfast buffet and the lovely staff who stocked it were wonderful! The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and were so sweet to my granddaughter when they found out it was her birthday. My only negatives - I had a five-night stay and never got housekeeping service. So had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was sporadically super noisy and the light in the bathroom would flicker and flash."

"Nice. Check in was awesome and she was super nice! And maintenance guy was super nice! Complaints were breakfast ended early, outdoor space wasn’t clean, room table only had 1 chair and it was stained. We would stay agin but plan better!"
