"No issues. Clean room, quiet, comfortable and everything worked. Sink is slightly clogged and the hand soap and body wash containers were empty but I'd been told that room had not yet been inspected. I had my own amenities so no problem. "

"Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay"

"Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. "Not a great experience.
The walls are paper thin and the guest room doors SLAM causing massive noise every other minute. This was the most untested stay ever.
The water system is terrible. (Confirmed by the maintenance guy who was sent to “fix” the issue) Scalding hot or cold showers only. Not even water temp. When we asked to switch rooms the night clerk said we would be charged the difference between the 2 queen bed room and the king bed room.
The nighttime desk clerk was HORRIBLE. Super...
