"There was nobody at the front desk for about 2 hours when I was trying to check in….long and behold the front desk associate was outside in his pick up vehicle, which was running & parked in the very front entrance of the building… As I came out only to calm my nerves after sitting in an empty lobby for literally two hours. A gentleman hopped out of the vehicle, stinking like he just smoked not 2 but 20 cigarettes and even worse the STENCH OF WEED…sure enough that was the front desk associate. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE IT He was high beyond belief, not making any sense what so ever and finally after a total of 3.5 hours finally I was in my room. "

"This a the worst hotel I have been to. Checking was terrible. The first room they put me in pillow case and sheet were dirty and smell of smoke. Get a change of room second room same with sheet and pillow cases you could not close the bathroom door so if you’re using it someone in the can see smell and hear everything you do. Never again. Had to leave there early the next morning. Worst experience at a hotel. "

"Don’t book at this hotel. I’m not a type of person who likes writing reviews, but this was a must. I don’t want people to have a bad experience, the same way I did. First, this place is like a scam, its not described as it was on the internet. The place is disgusting, the room and bathroom overall is very dirty, smelly (most likely weed). I literally breathe during my stays, I booked it from Saturday to Monday, cause I needed to attend a concert at the UBS Arena, and this hotel was the closest. I don’t recommend anyone booking their stays there. Besides of the dirtiness, you hear people arguing strongly and slamming things. It’s not safe to anyone, especially if you bring kids. The environment is not it. If I can rate this hotel to zero, I would. Bad experience overall. "

"Staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the parking. Parking was said to be $25 each time you exit the parking but when asked how to access parking because the garbage door was closed, I was told a parking attendant should be present in which this wasn’t true the entire weekend stay. So was forced to park in another garage that was luckily around the block. It was that or pay for street parking every two hours. The room was clean. The tv did not work so had to ask for someone to come fix. Also, the elevators are extremely slow and our room was on the 17th floor for a “view.” The slow elevators made the view not even worth it. At one point I had gotten on the elevators after getting breakfast on the 2nd floor and someone had pushed every button so it was an extremely long ride back up to my floor. Overall it was an average stay but I wouldn’t stay here again"
