"I got my money back because this Extended Stay was unfortunately disgusting. reeked of cigarette smoke, even in my non-smoking room. elevator was sketchy and would drop a couple inches after reaching a floor. the front desk staff was lovely and processed my refund without issue."

"Very clean, typical continental breakfast, helpful stuff, but not well sound insolated room. The room door did not block out hallway noise or light well and early morning garbage truck noise traveled easily into the room."

"We were unable to get into our room till over an hour after check in time. Their reason was I picked an accessible room and the people beige us requested to stay late. That should not have kept us from being able to get into our room at check in time. The staff was rude and kept saying that I booked through a third party. Which they didn’t seem to be happy about. The pool was a mess, which we ended up not using. Will not stay at this hotel again in the future. "

I asked the front desk staff about the delay and he said”we start preparing at 6;00.” No, that is not acceptable because many people have breakfast before they go to work. He just shrugged. The pool area was dirty. The floor of the pool was dirty. "
