"There were a lot of roaches. We told them they just removed one, didnt clean after. Then we saw where they are coming from the main door entrance there is a hole that seems to not have been plugged. They didnt seem to care at all about. We wont return"

"Pros: Rooms clean and comfortable with great layout in the three bedroom, three bath. Check in staff was personable and efficient. Cons: Lake front was nice for a walk but limited chairs. Pool area is dated The resort is in need of a restaurant/ bar / pool bar."

"Cleanliness was great staff was very nice location was the best it was less then 10 minutes to all the Disney parks, only bad thing was that there was construction on the rode right in front and traffic was terrible but other the that I’d definitely stay again "

"Stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. Overall, everything was great—clean rooms, good service, and excellent location. Parking at $40/day. be aware of an additional $100 per day in extra service/hotel fees that are not clearly specified. It’s within walking distance to Epcot, and buses to the other parks run about every 15 minutes, which is very convenient."

"This was my first time staying here and I will be back for sure. The highlight to me was the American Kitchen restaurant. The a la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner were the best. The chef's coffee crusted flank steak is a work of art, and the AK burger and fries a must to try. I will say the lobby staff was the less impressive. We had to double check the activation of cards and late check out. I was there for the tow show so I didn't get to enjoy the pool or spa. "
