"It’s a nice looking hotel but I don’t understand why they have to have carpet in the rooms for such newish looking hotel. With the humidity in Florida, it felt damp all the time which to me is gross. Also the water pressure on the showerhead was extremely low and I know they have to have flow restricter in them but the pressure was well below average for hotels. Also, on the third day of our 5 night stay, I was locked out of the room and I went to the front desk 5 times back and forth and wasted...

"This was a great place to stay. Lovely lake with hammocks on the beach, quiet clean pools, felt safe, nice gardens, accommodation spacious with kitchen stocked with all the cooking bits you need, easy to access parks\shops IF you have a car or get an uber. really does need a nice family restaurant onsite and a bigger ‘shop’ as just a tiny overpriced store cupboard currently. I’d recommend this to families."

"The Swan Reserve has nice amenities - a Mediterranean restaurant, a coffee shop/ grab and go snack shop, and a bar with a food menu. We swam at the pool, but the second day discovered the Dolphin Pool which is huge with a waterslide and a waterfall. Near the Swan is a beach and a play ground. We also ate at several of the restaurants at The Dolphin - Mexican and Steak House. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are all walking distance, and you can use the amenities at any of them. "The hotel was awesome. It is very beautiful Zen like almost like a Hawaiian spot atmosphere beautiful property, especially the pool area with the caves. The food at the lake house was outstanding. I did not have one bad meal. The coffee at the marketplace was also good. The staff was excellent from the valet parking to the luggage carriers to the concierge and the girl who made the travel arrangements. They were all very helpful and made my stay there pleasurable. I wish I could’ve stayed...

"Hotel is clean and nice. But... had to get switched from a suite to a regular double bed room. In suite 1st no fridge like advertised and the sofa bed was horrendous and had a "funk". Then in the regular double bedroom the drain in the shower tub wouldn't drain while showering. Had to suck it up. Seems like most rooms were having the same problem. Went with a big group and most rooms same thing in the shower drain."
