When I arrived and they saw that my reservation was from Expedia, they made faces, they did not clean my room and they never mentioned to me that they had a plan for these dates where they do not have cleaning staff and that is why they cannot clean the room and in case outside they charged me $22.00 per day for parking which the receptionist never mentions to me and I reiterate that if they don't even like me booking with Expedia they should remove it from the site since it is not possible for them to treat you that way and charge me charges Furthermore, I will never return to that place, it hurts because of the attitude of the staff they have in reception. If you like, I have photos of the room.

This hotel has free breakfast (few options but quality is good), free shuttle (you can book one day in advance to Disney parks), pool (you can use the 3 hotels pools since you have access to other Village Marriott hotels), plenty dining options, excellent location you can drive easily to Disney Springs. We had a really good time staying at this nice hotel.

We had an absolute horribe stay at this hotel. The staff members at the front desk were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, plus we were charged $100 over what our Expedia booking reciept showed. I am very frustrated over being stranded at the TTC by their busing system - we had reservations for the 8:30pm bus and showed up at 8am since we were finished with the park for the day, and the bus never showed..so we decided to wait for the 10:00pm bus since we called the front desk and they said that would be the next pickup time, then the bus didn't show up until 10:30pm. VERY UPSET that we had wasted two and a half hours waiting on a bus that never showed on time.
